Jaime is a superb hostess and an even better chef. I’ve been to 2 PBCs now and I can’t wait to reserve a spot at my next one. The food is unique but never too far from a familiar favorite and I would say without a doubt that some of the best meals I’ve eaten in Paris were made by Jaime. Apricot mimosas? Genius. The company is fantastic, 10/10, would highly recommend you get on the waiting list for this kick ass brunch.
