  • Bienmesabe Coconut Cream French Toast – bienmesabe is a Venezuelan coconut cream cake; I used it as inspiration for this french toast soaked in a coconut milk mixture, fried and then drizzled with coconut cream
  • Cocktail del dia: La Tizana – tropical Venezuelan punch made with fresh fruits, lime juice, homemade coconut rum syrup and Havana Club rum
